Order Status

  • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
    • Unfortunately, once an order has been set to “PROCESSING” in our system, it can no longer be canceled, or the quantities changed. However, we are happy to set up a return if needed.  
  • How do I track my order?
    • Tracking information is added to your order information as soon as it becomes available. This can sometimes take multiple days depending on how and where it is shipping from. It often takes longer to receive updated tracking information for items that ship truck freight than those that ship via UPS/parcel.   
  • How do I know if there are issues with my order?
    • If there are any issues with your order, such as parts being unavailable/backordered and problems with shipping, we will contact you immediately.

  • How much is my shipping?
    • Your shipping cost is determined by the dimensions of the parts ordered and the location the parts are shipping to. You can find your shipping cost by continuing with your order until you reach the step related to “shipping options”. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions regarding this charge. 
  • How do I return my product?
    • If you would like to return a product you have purchased, please contact us directly. We have a specific return procedure. Please do not simply return the part to our business location or refuse the delivery. This may result in an additional 10% fee and a delay in the refund process.  
  • What is your return policy?
    • Most parts can be returned within 20 days from receiving them as long as the parts are still in their packaging and have not been installed. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns. Please note that there are some parts that cannot be returned. If you have any questions please contact us.
  • When will my order ship?
    • Orders usually ship same day if submitted prior to our shipping cut off times. If after cut off, the order will likely ship the next business day. The exception to this is orders that ship via “Free Shipping” as these have a 3-5 day lead time prior to shipping.  
International Shipping
  • Do you ship to my country?
    • Unfortunately, we can only ship directly within the United States. However, we are able to ship outside of the country if we ship to your preferred freight forwarder in the states. 
Pricing and Billing
  • Do I have to pay sales tax? 
    • We do not charge sales tax for any purchases outside of the states of Iowa and Nebraska. 
  • When will my credit appear on my account?
    • Credit for cancelled orders are usually processed withing 24 hours of cancellation. *Please note that orders can only be cancelled prior to orders being moved to “Processing” status.
    • Refunds for returned parts are processed as soon as the parts are inspected and put back into inventory at the warehouse. This dominantly depends on how long the returned parts take to arrive at the warehouse and the condition of the parts.   
  • When will my credit card be charged?
    • Payment for orders is normally charged at the time the order is processed. However, if there are any issues with the order, such as parts no longer available or backordered, the payment process will be delayed. If such an issue does arise, the customer will be contacted immediately so that we can find a resolution.
