How do I return an item?
Parts may be returned within 30 days from the date the parts were received. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless a replacement part is ordered during the return process.
Return requests may be submitted over the phone by calling 515-232-8456 and dialing in to the parts department or by sending an email to help@brownsheavyequipment.com with your order or invoice number along with the part you are wanting to return.
