If you're reading this, that means you have in your possession a JLG 400S or 460SJ boom lift. This is the most comprehensive online guide for the kits that you will need throughout the machine's life. Here is our list of the most common kits that you will need for the maintenance of your JLG lift with a serial number SN 0300203771 through 1300007393 and E300000100 to E300007988.
Aerial Boom Cable Kits
The boom cable kit installation part numbers that are found in your parts manual are installation items. Some installation items for JLG equipment are sold individually. That means that you don't actually purchase the kit part number, but rather all of the parts individually. Below are 2 of the cables for the 400s and 460sj (4000W Generator 60Hz) assemblies. Turntable Bearing Installation Kits
Below is the turntable bearing for the 400S and 460SJ. The installation kit 1001168992 contains the bearing, screws, and washers found below. The required amount of screws and washers are 20EA. Since the washers come in packs of 12 here, you only need to order a quantity of 2 bags.
Aerial Lift Boom Wear Pad Kits
The wear pad kit comes in the complete kit. Its the same wear pads for both the 400s and the 460sj machines.
Aerial Boom Hose Kits
Here are the boom hose kits for the 400S and 460SJ respectively. As you can see, pricing is not setup for these items. When pricing is not setup, this means we (the dealers) have to consult the manufacturer with your serial number to get the correct part number.

12 x 16.5 Tires
Below you will find the right hand (Pneu-Rh) and left hand (Pneu-Lh) 12 x 16.5 tires with tire sealant. These tires make up the 0272310-installation item found in your part manual. 14 x 17.5 Tires
Below you will find the right hand (Pneu-Rh) and left hand (Pneu-Lh) 14 x 17.5 tires. These tires make up the 0271995-installation item found in your part manual (available on ANSI, ANSI export, CSA and China Specs). 33/16LL x 16.1 Tires
The 33/16LLX16.1 tires are available in pneumatic turf and sand option. Unlike the other tire sizes, all four tires will be the same.
