Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. If your order was placed outside of business hours and hasn’t been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If you still wish to return the parts after receiving them, contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Tax-Exempt

How Can I Place Tax-Exempt Orders?

If you are a sales tax-exempt customer and notice that sales tax is being applied to your orders, we can assist in removing the tax from your account for future purchases. To update your account, please email us at help@bheliftparts.com with the following information:

  1. The email address associated with your account.
  2. A copy of your sales tax exemption certificate.

Once we receive and verify your documentation, we will update your account to ensure sales tax is no longer applied to your orders. We value your business and want to make your ordering experience as smooth as possible.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship orders within the United States.In some instances, we can ship to Canada, but not through our online store.

If you’re in Canada, please email help@bheliftparts.com or call 800-723-5460 with the parts you’re interested in and your shipping details.

Our team will review your request and let you know what options are available.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Returns


We accept returns on most new and unused parts within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible
for return shipping.

All returned parts must be:

  • New and unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Manufacturer Direct Ship Parts


Many of the parts we sell ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse.
These items are subject to the manufacturer’s return policies, which may
differ from our standard return policy.

Depending on the manufacturer, some parts may:

  • Not be eligible for return
  • Have higher restocking fees
  • Require manufacturer approval before return
  • Only be returned under specific conditions


If a manufacturer does not allow a part to be returned to their warehouse,
we may offer to accept the return into our own inventory, which may require
a higher restocking fee (typically up to 25%).

Non-Returnable Items


Certain parts are commonly non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Electrical components (ECUs, controllers, modules)
  • Programmed or programmable electronics
  • Seal kits once opened
  • Service or maintenance kits
  • Batteries
  • Special order parts
  • Rare or non-stock manufacturer items
  • Large body components (hoods, panels, etc.)

Return eligibility may vary by manufacturer.

Due to the large number of manufacturers we work with and varying policies,
we cannot guarantee that every part is returnable.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
