We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

Parts may be returned within 30 days from the date the parts were received. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless a replacement part is ordered during the return process. Return requests may be submitted over the phone by calling 515-232-8456 and dialing in to the parts department or by sending an email to Help@brownsheavyequipment.com with your order or invoice number along with the part you are wanting to return.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
