Parts, components, or attachments that must ship via truck freight will ship the following business day.
Genie Parts
If ordering genuine Genie parts that ship directly from Genie, the shipping cut-off time is 12:00 PM CST.
Haulotte Parts
If ordering genuine Haulotte parts that ship directly from Haulotte, orders placed by 11:00 AM CST will be submitted to Haulotte the same business day. Haulotte processing times can vary, and orders may occasionally take an additional 1–2 business days to ship. Expedited shipping methods apply once the order has shipped and do not guarantee same-day processing.
Free Shipping Orders
Orders eligible for our complimentary shipping service may experience a processing period of 3–5 business days prior to dispatch. This allows us to carefully select the most efficient shipping route for your order and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Returns
We accept returns on most new and unused parts within 30 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
All returned parts must be:
- New and unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Manufacturer Direct Ship Parts
Many of the parts we sell ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. These items are subject to the manufacturer’s return policies, which may differ from our standard return policy.
Depending on the manufacturer, some parts may:
- Not be eligible for return
- Have higher restocking fees
- Require manufacturer approval before return
- Only be returned under specific conditions
If a manufacturer does not allow a part to be returned to their warehouse, we may offer to accept the return into our own inventory, which may require a higher restocking fee (typically up to 25%).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain parts are commonly non-returnable, including but not limited to:

- Seal kits once opened
- Service or maintenance kits

This valve assembly has been removed from service and is offered in used condition. The unit shows standard cosmetic signs of previous installation (surface wear or minor paint blemishes) but retains intact port threads, solid mounting faces, and undamaged connector pins. Cleaning the mounting face and installing new O-ring subplate seals upon installation is recommended to guarantee a leak-free seal.
