Pump was exactly like the pump I took out, solved my issue. Customer service is awesome, think I've ordered 4 times now, sent an email with question 3 times on a Sunday night, had a response Monday morning all three times. Last purchase ordered a basket control panel after hours, received a call the next morning to get info to make sure I was ordering the right part.
Prices are a bit high but its quality company and no issues. Got a cable for my JLG. Wish they sourced more third party upgrades and not the over priced OEM products.
Part came next day, never expected that fast of service. Thank you.

This pump was identical (as in made by Sauer, exactly like the Genie counterpart) to the original Genie part, minus the Genie markup. I got a call shortly after making the order to confirm I ordered the correct pump based on my machine serial number. The part shipped out the same day and I got it in 2 days. Excellent company to deal with!
