LTL Freight
Parts, components, or attachments that must ship via truck freight will ship the following business day.
Genie Parts
If ordering genuine Genie parts that ship directly from Genie, the shipping cut-off time is 12:00 PM CST.
Haulotte Parts
If ordering genuine Haulotte parts that ship directly from Haulotte, the shipping cut-off time is 1:00 PM CST.
Free Shipping Orders
Orders eligible for our complimentary shipping service may experience a processing period of 3–5 business days prior to dispatch. This allows us to carefully select the most efficient shipping route for your order and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Returns
We accept returns on most new and unused parts within 30 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
All returned parts must be:
- New and unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Manufacturer Direct Ship Parts
Many of the parts we sell ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. These items are subject to the manufacturer’s return policies, which may differ from our standard return policy.
Depending on the manufacturer, some parts may:
- Not be eligible for return
- Have higher restocking fees
- Require manufacturer approval before return
- Only be returned under specific conditions
If a manufacturer does not allow a part to be returned to their warehouse, we may offer to accept the return into our own inventory, which may require a higher restocking fee (typically up to 25%).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain parts are commonly non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Electrical components (ECUs, controllers, modules)
- Programmed or programmable electronics
- Seal kits once opened
- Service or maintenance kits
- Batteries
- Special order parts
- Rare or non-stock manufacturer items
- Large body components (hoods, panels, etc.)
Return eligibility may vary by manufacturer.

Due to the large number of manufacturers we work with and varying policies, we cannot guarantee that every part is returnable.

At BHEliftparts.com, we provide remanufactured Deutz engines that undergo a comprehensive repair and return process, ensuring they meet original equipment (OE) standards. Our rebuilds match new engine offerings and include an extended warranty for reliability and peace of mind.
Rebuild Process & Component Replacement
Each engine is completely disassembled, cleaned, and inspected, with components replaced or reconditioned to factory specifications. In most cases, the rebuild includes all-new parts:
- Cylinder heads
- Bearings & bushings
- Pistons & rings
- Liners & rods
- Oil pump
- Fuel injectors & pumps
- Turbochargers (if applicable)
All engines are dynamometer tested to ensure they meet optimum horsepower and torque specifications before shipping.

- TD2.9L4 – Complete engine with DPF exhaust

Certain models do not include electrical components, flywheel, flywheel housing, or exhaust manifold.
Engine Finishing & Shipping
- Each engine is primed in gray and ready for painting.
- Engines are palletized and preservation wrapped for secure and damage-free shipping.
- JLG covers return shipping for rebuilt engines.
Warranty Coverage
We offer industry-leading warranty options, ensuring peace of mind:
- 1-Year Unlimited Hours Warranty – All Parts Covered
- 2-Year / 2,000-Hour Warranty – All Parts Covered
- 3-Year / 3,000-Hour Warranty – Covers Block, Crank, Camshaft, Connecting Rods, Cylinder Head Housing
Important:
- Customers must remove and ship their engine to the specified location for rebuilding.
- Engines with ECM must be shipped with ECM included for Dynamometer testing and completion.
Core Return Policy
Core return credits are based on the condition of the returned engine. Deductions apply if:
- Engine block crankcase is bad: Only 50% of core credit is issued.
- Cylinder head is bad: Only 50% of core credit is issued.
- Crankshaft is bad: $300 deduction from core credit.
- Oil cooler is bad: $300 deduction from core credit.
