Genie Parts
If ordering genuine Genie parts that ship directly from Genie, the shipping cut-off time is 12:00 PM CST.
Haulotte Parts
If ordering genuine Haulotte parts that ship directly from Haulotte, the shipping cut-off time is 1:00 PM CST.
Free Shipping Orders
Orders eligible for our complimentary shipping service may experience a processing period of 3–5 business days prior to dispatch. This allows us to carefully select the most efficient shipping route for your order and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Returns
We accept returns on most new and unused parts within 30 days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
All returned parts must be:
- New and unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Many of the parts we sell ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. These items are subject to the manufacturer’s return policies, which may differ from our standard return policy.

- Have higher restocking fees

If a manufacturer does not allow a part to be returned to their warehouse, we may offer to accept the return into our own inventory, which may require a higher restocking fee (typically up to 25%).
